Main reason is i want to get a landed house now (i already have a condo, which i kinda like it. Condo's security is something really made me feel comfortable, especially when i am outside and my wife alone in the house). But i am still on the fence due to some reasons.

Last week first time went to Kota Kemuning, surprised by so many well planted trees and plants there. Looks really nice. Roads are big on most areas, but seem got bottlenecks on certain parts that would cause traffic jams.

The distance is really far TBH since i am working at KL. But it looks really good as a place to stay after i am retired.

I have successfully secured an unit at Starling phase12A. The house is for own usage and specially prepared for retirement life.

I stay at ss2. There is no way Tropicana mall is as bad as ss2 mall was.

It was a bit sucky at a certain point, but it was able to attract more customers and became better as far as i could see.

The food shops there have quite some regular customers and the amount of customers is considered Ok for this kind of small shopping centres. For all the nearby shopping malls, i think the Starling mall is the most successful so far. (Atria has lesser traffics compare to Starling mall, but it is quite Ok imo)

But covid19 really causing troubles, i hope tropicana mall can survive as i really like some of the foods there, there is at least 4-5 food shops there suit me and my wife's taste.

P/S Tropicana mall now offers 3 hours free parking.

But i really don't want to stay near my boss, and my wife likes Rimbayu's starling project so much (she found this project and kept asking me to buy it), so i went for Rimbayu.

My wife prefers this size. And it is pretty spacious for a 2 persons' house if you ask me.

What i need is just a room for me to put my collectible and for my gaming use. Dining area is good enough for us to watch TV and do exercises.

I think it is pretty good for 4-5 persons to stay.

I loved cycling, used to cycling with BMX (modified with gears, hahaha) a few hours a day when i was in secondary school.

When i move to Rimbayu, i will get one bicycle and do daily cycling biggrin.gif

For the first photo named "Sep 21 Overall Phase 12", they used the wrong photo, the photo is exactly the same photo as the one named "Apr 21Overall Phase 12"

Other photos are correct tho.

For leasehold, personally i don't care about it :
1. I believe government will let people to extend it for another 99 years when it reaches the day.
2. I don't have kids, after i am gone, i don't care what would happen to the house. Perhaps before i am gone i will pass it to my closed friends or closed relatives.
3. Even if i have kids, it is their business, not mine anymore. They need to learn to survive themself, have a house for them to stay is the best i can do to them. They can extend it, sell it, they can do whatever to it since i wouldn't know / care anything if i was dead.

I just want to have a good environment / good house for me to stay when i am still alive, and enjoy the remaining of my life. Been working like hell and suffering for half of my life, can't be bothered with what would happen to the house after 99 years biggrin.gif

Most places have become back like before covid started. I stay at SS2 now, 6pm+- will be jammed like hell if want to go out to take foods. Hard to find car parks too now.

When driving on the right / fast lane, it looks like it causes traffic slow down a lot, left too much space infront and causing the cars behind all slowdown.
