Just want to add that in Eco Grandeur you can see many houses who spend a lot of time and effort on their gardens which makes it very fun to walk around and check out other people's gardens. On the other hand, I would say not recommended for those who are not so willing to spend time on the garden, because it'll make the house look quite dull when compared to neighbors.

Source: friends stay there and we walk around to check out people's gardens a lot biggrin.gif

should be for resident only. Sounds like it is a strata title, but i think garden house better to be strata title, so the garden at least the management will take care if it is too messy

Yes, there will be garden exclusive within Robin
Robin is under Individual title.

Is getting pricier but ya, any landed property less than 700k is defined as "affordable" now and looking at surrounding area, its still the cheapest absolute priced landed you can get so don't think they will have issue selling that just like starling
