True, IJM doesn't contribute much to that area at the moment. So far only have upcoming Mcdonald.

dont say that, we dont know.
IJM built the link to bsp and probably wce.
and link up kk and canal city since 2013 or 14 i had forgotten.

They built the road linking Canal City to KK and BSP/SKVE/Elite

Ya. That's very true and most of the population in canal city we well. IJM was first to build public park (ARC) then club house open for public too. They also managed to get one international school. But all in every developers are playing their part to make canal city livelier and more desire except of the traffic which no one has any plan to improve it. The road linking BSP and KK both own by IJM, so unless IJM want to do anything with their own fund it will never get improve.

my friend bought around RM 750K during new launch, if 1.2m possible is corner lot.

IJM developed the area firstly, roads linking KK and BSP built by IJM as well. Tropicana, EcoWorld and Gamuda piggy back on existing infra, i still recalled EcoWorld stole the spotlight of the road link to BSP. IJM built it but EW announced it officially open, they took down the FB post later.

Just visited IJM sales center today and got to know there will be new launch for Robyn.

House size 18x65. Price indicative RM590k.
House size 28x65. Price indicative RM790k. Actually build 20x65 with Garden Home concept where you will have 8 feet own garden.

What your give and take price for corner lot 18x65? Around 700k?
