Hi all Periwinkle or KK owner here, I am considering to get a unit in Periwinkle , considering it got extea land for my kids and fair price listing, how was the workmanship and occupancy there ?
Any issues or concerns so far ?

Still got some leftover units with the completed Parque right? go grab it...

I also wonder... Is this Leasehold land in Klang area selling pricier than freehold land in Alam Impian or B. Raja or Elmina?? Due to better commercial? Or other reason?

why not you go to get a unit in Alam Impian/Bukit Raja/Elmina ?

Hahaha...fully agree. These people always come and say why so expensive better buy freehold. But looking at it still selling like hotcakes just don't feel good as they still want to boast their freehold property that is supposed to be 100x superior

Apparently this place is close to cemetery and industrial factories ( less than 2km) ? Will it be a concern?

if can't see the cemetery can't be seen easily, then should be okay.. but industrial, it may.. a. impian also very near to industrial area..
