TIME is coming for TA/ES, but maybe thats cause they are strata titled. Just like how TIME's only going for strata condos etc.

Depends on which part of RImbayu you staying, you might want to consider the Petronas station between the 3rd and 2nd roundabout in KK.

Nearly all of Rimbayu is not strata except Wisteria.

If its under strata then yes, you can make their life difficult, restrict entry pass for the vehicle etc. If they keep insist to not pay, you can even take it as far as seizing and auctioning their furniture etc, but ofcourse thats going to be along process.

However, if its not strata, then you cannot do much. Cannot stop their vehicle entry, etc.

Dont need to worry.

CONFIRM will have this kind of person.

Especially if they are renting the place.

Discounting rentals, you will be lucky if you have 75% of the owners paying.

The Strata Act gives the RA a LOT of power, liek I said, if they dont pay, they might get their vehcile restricted, i.e. park outside. And in the worse case scenario get their stuff confiscated and auctioned.

Why so susah?

Like botack mention... just sit in your house, open google map during your travel hours, set starting point rimbayu/setia alam/eco hill/istana negara whatever you like.. set your destination.. then u can slowly see if you like the jam or lack off...

These days u dont need so ask nor travel there ourself. The tools is there, use it

if u stay in rimbayu, you will not be looking to head to KL center on the weekends. U hang around Subang/PJ/Damansara max max

To my office in KL takes me about 40~45min these days.

Dont look at stats only.

Drive there, LOOK at the house, look at the surrounding area, look at the built quality, look at the landscaping, etc....

By then you will have a much better idea which unit is for u

Periwinkle is cluster semi D, so the width will take in the 10' side land into account ya...

Overall periwinkle feels very small to me.. maybe its the design?
