And if we formed the RA, can we set a rules that if you cant give the address or without consent of the owner,outsiders are not allow to go in... can we?

Nearest petrol station at moment is Petronas at Bandar Saujana Putra. Else, you have to go all the way to Kemuning to pump.

But i checked Elminia which they are using TIME as well. So i think not only Strata Title. Its just to see how we manage. This is what i think of. Maybe we can ask TIME to come if there is enough subscribers.

Maybe if we get enough residence to subscribe TIME then at least TIME may consider to come in~

House rules originally would be set by developer and these are often standard, based on development type. It can later be amended/updated once developer hands over management to the RA.

But if you're asking can residents be barred from entering if they don't pay fees, that I think cannot be done. No right to bar resident from entering their house.

However, if it is a gazetted fee, e.g. maintenance fee, what can be done is to lodge a case against the resident under a housing act (don't remember specifics, my condo does it so I can update later).

Where do the guys who are living in Kota Kemuning, Rimbayu, Tropicana Aman and Eco Sanctuary work mostly? How far from acceptable driving distance to the place? I've just visited the place and quite like the living environment there.

My friend wanna buy Rimbayu .. but I am not sure is a good place or not. Compared to Rawang or Setia Alam or Ecohill how?

Setia Alam they said only 1 entrance and very jam during peak hours.

Ecohill they said too far away from KL.

Rawang also some said too far away.. so I am not sure about this.

if u chose a correct rawang spot... actually rawang to KL through NSE is smoother than any of the three townships thru their respective highways though... i currently staying in Puncak alam... sometimes use guthrie NSE to KL for HQ conference... if come out early... less than 1 hour can reach...

for the same timing... u check on google map rimbayu to KL, ecohill to KL, SA to KL... will be needing more time.... but each of this township is near to some specific spot in PJ subang if ur social activities revolve around PJ subang la....

my budget is 950k, wisteria is 23x75 4 bathroom 4 bedroom , tropicana arahsia corner lot is 968k with 10ft extra land 22x75 4 br 3 bathroom..

can i have some opinion ,is wisteria is good invest or arahsia ?i feel so confuse which to choose....

Bear in mind that cornet lot which u required to pay additional maintenance fee as tropicana is strata title...think wisely...unless u really like the extra land which is unable to build anything now...
