Hi Guys, I'm looking at potentially getting Wisteria. Just curious if anybody happens to know what would potentially become of this small piece of land just outside of Wisteria?

I know beyond that will be another residential development, but just curious ab out that small piece there.

Wisteria has VP-ed. In general the design of the unit attracted me. I was looking at other options like Penduline, Livia, Swans as well.

Beyond that, being gated and guarded and strata, so the guards can assert themselves more, i.e turning away people. The only downside is it comes with a service fee.

Other than that, well I guess proximity to the future starbucks, amenities etc and access roads as well.

Most are going 950K and above. However admittedly there's quite some defects even in the unit that I looked at. So it looks like the DLP is gonna be really quite important.

If u’ve been to the sales gallery and walked towards the show units, you’d be able to see this narrow strip of land circled in red in the picture has some sort of a jogging track and  plenty of trees planted on both sides of the track. For that “empty land” that u pointed out in the picture, not sure what their plans are but if they do the same sort of thing it’d be not bad i guess.

I suppose, the worst thing that can happen is  a telco tower pops up there. Especially if one day MDKL is cash strapped...

Hi guys, I just thought to ask some opinions from residents and those who are staying in Rimbayu. I'm pretty much set on the unit, but one of the final contention points I have is the distance from places.

I know this has been raised before, but I suppose its something like an after 6 months of 1 year staying there retrospective, but just curious do you all find it tough to get to say your workplace or maybe the city center in the morning?

Basically my workplace is in Shah Alam, but I have meetings in KL and such from time to time. I'm a PJ guy at the moment..so most are fairly reachable within a 30-45 minutes drive.

What's your take on this from a Rimbayu resident perspective?

Which point along the journey takes the most time? As in, where is the jam worst? I keep imagining that KK roundabout being the worst choke point, but with the highway behind Rimbayu opening (soon, hopefully), then we can avoid going through KK and head straight onto Elite.

Kind of looking forward to the experience, even if it would be dreadful to some. But the thought of a nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood is a much stronger draw for me than the jams.

Cheers. Yes that point up to Kewajipan is another pain on any given time of the day. Hope the highway access opens soon so can see traffic normalize and then plan for next year..
