Did you check with the SA? They are usually quite fortright

Or you can always check with the local majlis for the master plan if you want.

Beyond that, being gated and guarded and strata, so the guards can assert themselves more, i.e turning away people. The only downside is it comes with a service fee.

Any empty piece of land... which the SA is "vague" about... we better double check.

Unless the SA very clearly can say what they are going to do with it then we feel more secure..

Lets put it this way... forget about using KESAS... from your house to Kesas thats >10KM.

I live in Kota Kemuning right now... if I leave my house at say 7~730am... it will take me about an hour to even hope to see KL.

Lucky I usually leave after 9... even then it takes me 45 to 55 minutes depending on luck..

My choke points would be

1. KK 2nd roundabout heading to 1st
2. KESAS up to Kewajipan Exit

Bear in mind I hit NPE after that so any further choke point for those heading deep into KL might not be applicable to me...

Dont think that helps with going to KL, i've looks at it... not very sure how the connection's going to be but "looks" like going to KL might not be easy via that...
