I don’t think the building can last 99 years. Imagine those 100 years houses in Penang and Melaka, do you want to stay there? U think your cucu cici like to stay in your current house in 99 y time? The amenities and surrounding environment may not suitable for occultation then.

only 80's onwards will buy leasehold property, different mindset, freehold=own the land, leasehold=rent the land.

but look at freehold house along HSR line, also need to make a move.

Saw wisteria backlane in today's star paper very sui😊dono how d backlane of es n ta'd dsl look like 4 comparison purposes? I thnk better than chimes n other br dsl's backlanes?

This wisteria got one more good, got special walkway can walk to the arc / wendy / starbucks easily.

Im not sure wisteria end as i never drive in and see.. but the walkway is ready connected both place.

On their website say high end waterfront homes only at the portion near to BSP where the lakes are. So assume it will be bungalows. Hahah

the sad thing is grills are not really that exposed to external weather condition compared to the main gate... but as long as everything got rectified eventually... just live on with it.... since its a house not a toy that can chg one for one...   

if possible.. i wish them take it all down and send for rust treatment and reinstall it back... but am not sure is this the way they repair developer's provided grille...

for grille... i wont feel happy if its developer provided... but since its strata title... boh bian already.... since all houses must consistent...
