2 different things here. I only know of flyover project AT bsp roundabout itself. From BSP Elite toll plaza direction to BSP SKVE toll plaza. Never heard of a flyover from rimbayu to the tolls at saujana putra.

Swans is not strata btw. But as usual for Rimbayu, will have perimeter fencing and guardhouse built by ijm.

I doubt it will help traffic from rimbayu much, especially in the morning. But from BSP, yes

The state or federal govt has to think of investing in the infrastructure for some alternative routes in and out from that proposed development instead of relying on Elite highway. Elite highway is already jam packed and with Gamuda Cove coming it will be even worse in the next 5-10 years.

Either that or govt really has to stimulate a lot more job opportunities in the putrajaya/cyberjaya region

Depends how willing the community within the housing parcel are to pay for security fees. Heard one of the housing taman in KK have collection of security fees that is more than 90% which is very good. That’s why they paying 80 bucks a month only. But pretty sure this is more of an exception rather than the rule for Malaysia

Generally didnt see any floods in rimbayu during heavy rain except 1 time a few spots had ankle-deep water for a short while. Might have been because of choked drains
