Rimbayu water supply is from Sg Semenyih plant unlike TA and ES which is from Sg Selangor plant. Past few years Sg Selangor a lot more disruptions compared to Sg Semenyih

Cannot disagree more. I'm lucky to have pleasant neighbours but already heard a few unpleasant encounters a few streets away between neighbours.

60k sq ft only tak boleh do Ikano la...Sanctuary Mall also 130k gross floor area already.

And depends how the whole site of Robin is planned, some units should be close to the SKVE alignment.

At that early time in the morning, can reach KD in 35 mins without even paying toll. But then again, this is a period of schools being closed. So if schools are in operation, might be slightly longer than that

Well, then you'd have to expect 50 mins at that time. That's the true extent of the traffic when everything goes back to normal.

And yes, it IS quite badly jammed from KK to BR for evening peak hours. It will be even worse on rainy evenings. And consider this, the occupancy rates for G257 is still very low at this time

Right. Thanks for clarifying. But how do these ports run out anyway? Shouldn’t the allocation be enough for the number of houses that’s there in the 1st place?

So…let me get this straight. The “camping/picnic site” is facing the SKVE highway?? Doesn’t seem conducive for a picnic spot 😅
