for grille... i wont feel happy if its developer provided... but since its strata title... boh bian already.... since all houses must consistent...

well... used to stayed in a condo... grill design and color must be same... but would u wanna replace the developer's provided grille since its the same external look and design...?

unless u wan a stronger grille with different metal grade, i guess another way is ask your contractor to dismantle it and send it for rust treatment on your own cost... but if im not mistaken... to make a new one is not exactly that costly compared to repairing and treating an old one... lol

depends on how many owners are investors and how many are for own stay... if investors have the larger voice... nothing much u can do to control... and i think chimes launch around the tail-end of bull-run or just after bull-run... still alot of gung ho investors that time... sapu property like sapu vege... laugh.gif laugh.gif

its a good sharing for those potential buyers who are working with non flexible timing... everyday need 30 mins to leave KK only is quite tiring actually.... havent even talk about the another jam when you are closer to workplace in the city....

setia alam u no need drive more than 10 mins to nearby ameneties be it for cinema, for grocery shopping or for eateries.... rimbayu u have to drive to kk town to get the basic things u needed.... as for in and out of the township during peak hours... both jam abang adik nowadays.... NKVE traffic is getting crazier by the day.... same applies to ELITE or kesas when heading towards the cities.... where u working at right now and where's your constant social circle?

yea... i heard about that... generally its up to whether one willing to wait for all those to come in or opt for a ready made township... distance wise to PJ subang not much a difference between both locations.... the advantage here would be greeneries and the masterplan design maybe... setia alam already lost mof of the flora and fauna factors except maybe inside SEP....
