Just hope that owners who are considering to rent out their units do it responsibly. No point for them to look at short term gains but eventually this township becomes less desirable. Investors ought to have expect this when they bought into a new township.

I think most of the investors bought early phases of Rimbayu with the intention to flip. However, a new township will take sometime for it to be desirable.

Lots of improvements will happen in the next 1-3 years, with international schools/commercials/malls for IJM,Tropicana,EW and Gamuda ready. Early investors just need to hang-on a little longer for their investments to be worthwhile.

Situation is still manageable now, however if we don't start filtering..... Sooner or later it's gonna be a bee hive for problematic tenants, crimes, foreigners and all the unwanted issues that comes with it 

the traffic jam at the first roundabout will take me around 20minutes. plus the travelling time from BR, should be around 30 minutes all together.

All the sifu here, i am struggling whether to choose bandar rimbayu or other options like setia alam. As rimbayu is too far from the city, but i like the landscape for the whole canal city. Any sifu can give some advise why you pick canal city but not other township?
