not really, bukit jelutong has been quite stagnant for long time already, and the commercial vibrantness kinda give the buyers that kind of non performing vibe, same applies to Glenmarie as well, my fren's 3 storey landed didnt really appreciate since he bought it 10 years ago... kinrara also depends on which phase... the phase that's nearest to BJ (the vibrant part) has the most appreciation compared to the later phases (albeit still appreciate overall)... for Rimbayu or TPG as a whole, the self sustainability and 'vibrant-ness' of the township will determine alot in the appreciation of your property value...

there ain't much to offer around that area though- not even Famiy mart, or a good mamak. temasya 8 brought a little life, but not much
There is an upcoming small scale mix development ( with a small mall underneath) dout it has much positive impact too.

any other vibrate location which is jam free? hard to find i say.
Desa park prolly come close, but has its own traffic issue too

well its almost side to side... and the housing estate all come out to the same bangsar main road... anyhow i never see any non vibrant township appreciate in value... putra height also, not really vibrant, the pricing also quite stagnant despite lrt accessible...

those township have one way or another new highway or public transports coming soon to them... only TPG for now, lack of such connectivity... elmina PA can rely on new DASH, PA recently announce one ECRL station, semenyih kajang got new SUKE and they have plenty of mrt stations, klang got new lrt stations... lol... but... despite without all these, TPG still one of the fastest growing ulu township in KV now... even better than Elmina which started way earlier

its okay to be picked on, because the township is growing without the accessibilities further support... most new township develop because they gotten news of something is coming like new highways, mrt lrt and etc but TPG is not... it was an extension to KK but now self sustainable on its own dy
