Periwinkle is actually very small.

Unless you are getting a corner unit and doing extension, otherwise it is not worth it

Malaysian housing construction standard is expected to last 60 years MAXIMUM. Doubt highrise can even last that long....

Yes. Strata makes it even more difficult to renew. Cause if 300 units there... and 100 units refuse/no money to renew. What will happen? The other 200 units cannot just renew theirs... have to renew entire parcel...

Its all personal opinion.

If you are worried about leasehold properties, then dont even bother looking at them. Just concentrate your efforts on freehold. Leave those cheap lousy leasehodl to people like me... brows.gif

I think the issue is more once you have 60 years left... its hard to sell... its hard to buy (cause of bank loans) etc.

ALL things being EQUAL freehold is always better then leasehold.
