i install itunes 7.4.0 trying to sync phonebook since yesterday til now but still cannot do so. why?

only got option for yahoo phonebook and windows address book but no outlook? why?

how to import sms and contact to iphone ?

Is it possible to replace the sms keyboard to a keypad instead of a QWERTY keyboard. Having some difficulties typing smsed. Really gotta get used to the lack of tactile feedback.
