The main selling point is Beneficiary can receive proceeds via units around 21 calendar days
Tis is very fast especially for those Beneficiary who depend on units (aka cash) for daily living

Plan to get my Pengisytiharaan Amanah done before month end.

Went through the form, got some questions. Hope that those who have done it already can help me.

AA
For the beneficiaries, only need to state the names in the form? No need for Mykad copies, birth certificates etc?

BB
For kids below 18 yrs old, says need a guardian. Just state the name of the guardian? Or need some additional paper work?

CC
Any other useful infor I should know before going to avoid going there multiple times.

Thanks.
*
AA Must complete details in bhg D, maklumat penerima n furnish 1 copy of relevant doc
BB Just complete bhg E n furnish 1 copy of relevant doc
CC Just read d entire form n understand T&C

I have stop buying ASx. But I am not depending on d dividend for expenses yet, salary will cover that. Hopefully without touching it will double in ~11 years at which time will use it for retirement. Along the way if there are better opportunity I would diversify. Currently I think this is one the best tool for parking funds.

Most probably will slow down as waiting for FD to mature end May.
Grab as many as you want during my 'resting' period. biggrin.gif

Was busy these few months and forgotten my fd in OCBC mature last week. Check mail and saw it was renewed at board rate 3.xx%.
I am thinking of a better mechanism for renewal without much monitoring . I could go back to BR as auto renewal at board rates is not bad. Its what i did for my chkldren  funds. sad.gif

Put into Amanah saham, can forget about renewal or monitoring. tongue.gif biggrin.gif

No interest. Cause the calculation is based on the lowest amount in your account.

Okay. So interest is calculated monthly basis right, just that it will only be distributed for all 12 months (summed up) once a year?

So if I topup eg. RM 2000 on 1st of May and take it out on 1st of June, I will have interest for one month for that RM 2000 which will be added up into the yearly dividend?
