Rhb bank mentioned to me max daily top up limit is 50k (per day not per shot).
The same limit applies for withdrawal, even for withdrawal to CASA.

Seem to have inconsistencies on the limit over different banks. Which bank that mentioned to you no limit for withdrawal to CASA? (ramjade has identified Maybank has not limit)

okay since u insist have 50k limit from CASA.

here the link to clear everything. print this & show to that blooddy bank staff

http://www.asnb.com.my/v3_/pdf/media/notis...A-notice_EN.pdf

see the 2nd part.

transaction limit of 50k does not apply to the following transactions:

1. Investment via cheque/bankers cheque

2. Investment via bank transfer

3. Investment via switching among unitholder’s other unit trust accounts.

4. Investment via transfer from other unitholder’s unit trust accounts

5. Investment via transfer from other unitholder’s unit trust accounts who has deceased.

6. Investment via transfer from other unitholder’s account who is in “coma” or of similar disability.

Good stuff, thanks for the clarification on the top up. Looks like is Rhb bank self impose guideline on the daily top up limit of 50k. They treat the top up from CASA as cash withdrawal from CASA.

Is there similar notice on withdrawal limit?

I only mentioned no top up limit via CASA here. My regular bank is Affin.
I've never done withdrawal but I remember asking ASNB staff about withdrawal and they mentioned no limit via RHB.

Couldn't be better. Faster than maybank. No customer and no delay unlike maybank. But I am still a Maybank customer unless no unit then I hop over to Affin.

Same like other bank except no Q and you can sit down comfortably while waiting for him to check. (No counter).
Besides having the BEST staffs, my branch also provides newspapers for 'waiting/ camping' customers. biggrin.gif

Bro, I keep track of my FDs. List out on a piece of paper when they all expired. Also, I know >50% of my money in FD already masuk ASX FP. The amount inside my FDs is >20% but <50% of my total money. So by rough calculations, it is at 30% left. rclxms.gif laugh.gif

Bro, if you are like the rest of us who try our luck everytime without leaving book at teh counter, most banks tutup pintu for ASX FP transaction at 3-330. Some more, that was eve of Raya. Maybe that's why.
