Guys, need advise. Yesterday I tested the Huawei mate 8 I was impress with the performance. Yes I know the price is almost 3x then this phone.

But but, as this phone currently running sd650. And score is faster then previous sd801/805 (I forgot which one).... Is that means it will be same responsive as mate 8 that use the kirin950?

Mentally still not ready to spend 2k for a China phone....hehehe...

Any owner here did actually compare with mate8 performance and camera ?

Oh god. Why would people do this. Compare a 2k+ phone to a 800+ phone. Then should it perform 1/3 of the 2k+ phone. Then u should be satisfied. Lol.

I would say you don't expect to get back back that soon. Give around a week or so.

I've tested both (similar spec), for 3gb ram/32gb storage. Tested mate 8 at Celcom Bluecube till I satisfy with the performance, that time comparing side by side with my Mi3. And then decide to get Redmi Note 3 instead of Mate 8.

Why? RN3 got Mate 8's features like huge 4,000mah battery capacity, fingerprint sensor, 3gb ram, 32gb storage, dual hybrid slot for 2 sims or 1 sim/1microsd, IR blaster, non-plastic body.

RN3 can last whole day with normal usage without problem.

But for sub rm800 phone, you can't expect it will be a perfect phone. There are some bugs here and there.

So do Mate 8, not perfect either, but you will get good warranty cover, 1 to 1 exchange for faulty unit.

just ask yourself:
> not confident to spent over rm1k
pick sub 1k phone

unless you're choosy bout specs, camera n so on..might save yourself some money lol

imo, not really worth much to spend over 1k for a phone..every months sure got new version comes out..hence that's why i choose this phone
