for those who say rom different, rom hard to update
> I own a redmi note 3 pro ap set bought via satugadget > it's basically the same hardware as mi malaysia set, same hardware, same LTE band, same screen (some might have different manufacturer), same camera sensor (samsung s5k3p3), everything. > As long you bought the "pro" aka snapdragon version, not the mediatek version (mediatek only sold in china) > For ROM issues, if you got vendor rom instead of global rom, just head to miui.com http://en.miui.com/download-301.html and download the global rom, flash via updater app.. factory reset..that's it.... you're on global rom now. > Different obviously is the warranty, one is ap warranty, and one is official malaysia warranty.
