afaik, you can register for "reserve" for celcom blue, they once asked me if I want to get notified/reserve if their stock arrived.. do check on superbuy/lazada/G5

Also MTK firmware as latest: V7.2.5.0.LHNCNDA

If you're using Snapdragon aka the pro version, basically same as malaysia set. just different in warranty. No problem flashing to global rom, but remember to wipe/factory reset first then flash.

basically ap set and my set are the SAME hardware, just different in warranty.
if you care bout mi warranty, get from mi malaysia/celcom bluecube/superbuy

else, ap set is fine, and my mi3 also ap set, and still kicking butt

Not modded, just MTK based phone, only sold in China. Mi Malaysia is the pro version aka snapdragon version.
