i wanna ask. if i get an ap p990. can i ask the seller to update the firmware to the latest firmware stated in the first page?

I am wondering to buy a P990i
but the thing is .. how is the frimware going ? After the latest update , the lack of memory problem still there ? Auto-shut-down still there ? and do we need the program to close down the software so to make the phone run smooth .. ? and IF i want to buy a phone How to make the phone can read and write Chinese word ? ?  this is my firmware.. i havent tried to to update it yet until just now.. but it says that there is no update available.. does that mean my phone is locked for SEUS?  |

Someone from my-symbian.com saw the successor for the m600.

i dont know if you guys know about this..
try using smaller-sized themes to increase your phone performance.. now i'm using Eat Me theme.. only 119KB.. even my default out-of-box theme is 488KB now it is 50% faster to load.. and i also turned off the transition effects.. |

can consider myself one of the earliest owner of Ori M600i in Malaysia. Just got my firmware updated 2 days ago, faster response and the best in switching it to speaker phone while connecting where previously it can only be done after opposite party answered.

Hi guys,
Just got my P990 today, it comes with chinese input, the seller told me that the firmware is the latest, but when i re-checked its different, so my question is whether there is a different firmware upgrade for phones with chinese input? That seems to be what i am reading from most msg boards, is that the firmware upgrade for the chinese phones are not out yet. |
