i use lazada sent back for replacement after getting wrong item is done within a week n use manual form summore as my item is technically still in delivery mode (item came way early then schedule)

Bought thru gemfive discount quite a lot i think for redmi note 3 32g ? RM 70 ?

Bad luck TS got here, but as usual they taichi buta buta one, just chase your phone from the ppl who receive your money directly , dont care what type of bullshiat they blattered outfrom their mouth

Then I waited for another few days, I still didn’t get anything/any update. And I call GEMFIVE again for enquiry. This time they told me, the phone is currently OUT OF STOCK. As soon as, the merchant restocked, then they will delivery the new phone to me. OKAY I WAITED FOR ANOTHER 1 WEEK!

Yesterday,  I accidently saw Greenfone selling Redmi Note 3 on another website. Then, I called Greenfone, and they told me, they got the stock already. However, they didn’t receive email from Gemfive to tell them post the new phone to me.
WOW!!! Then I call GEMFIVE to get their clarification. Before I didn’t say anything yet, they still telling me that, the merchant doesn’t have stock yet, I need to wait for the restock only can post the phone. After I heard all this bullshit, then I tell gemfive, I just called Greenfone and they told me they restocked they got the stock for redmi note 3, the only this is Gemfive never give them order to post me the phone.

And finally here come to another version of answer, GEMFIVE then tell me, actually the merchant doesn’t want to replace my phone, because they only can claim rm200 from GDEX.

NOW, I don’t know who is the real big LIAR.
Greenfone said they didn’t get order to send the replacement to me.
Gemfive said merchant doesn’t want to replace my phone.

Senheng is a horrible merchant on Gemfive. They don't seem to bother to fulfill their orders on Gemfive. Why do you list your items for sale there if you are not going to bother to deliver them?

I ordered a S7 Edge earlier from Senheng through Gemfive. Was told delivery takes up to 14 working days. After waiting 2 and half weeks, I gave up and cancel order. By then, I could get cheaper from elsewhere. After a lot email/Facebook complaints, they finally confirm my refund is in process. And apparently they need 14-19 working days to complete refund. That's like one month. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Gemfive services all round is very poor. Only thing good about them is they give out a lot of discount voucher.

Now I will only buy from gemfive if I can liaise with seller, i.e. find out who is the seller, contact seller, confirm when they can deliver and all that. Then only make order on Gemfive.

usually lazada, gemfive these e-commerce will respond fast once you've threatened them with this.

or, call G5, ask for higher management, when they ask reason, you say you already report police, now looking forward for more info.
