what i know is , one maxim sentul , pv setapak are all under tadmax as told by banker , developer should have no problem.

The reason why APDL is delayed most probably is government waiting for "kopi duit" .

haha, APDL is a license for developer , so is nothing done with the owner of the land isn't it?

If developer dont give kopi, do this apdl officer dare not approve apdl? Even this is part of government project.

More development will make your property value increase.
It will make your area "wong"

High density=low maintenance/month
+ lower entry price to "have a house"... not everyone can afford low dense mah. (if you want condo new new)

the last time i went (2 weeks ago) booking is at around 60-70%(bookings) based on the chart. for your information, snp signing should be after cny so now only have bookings but no confirm purchase yet.
