hi guys, is there any problem of the APDL of mizumi residence been delayed for nearly 2 month?
Still recommended to buy ? or wait APDL first?

my agent told me the APDL should release before CNY , and the loan offer letter will on hold for 3-6 month, and we can cancel the booking without any reason and get back our deposit if you dont wish to wait.

what i know is , one maxim sentul , pv setapak are all under tadmax as told by banker , developer should have no problem.
The reason why APDL is delayed most probably is government waiting for "kopi duit" . |
