My agent said spa and loan agreement is free, but stamp duty for loan and spa mot have to pay yourself.

For APDL why there are some of bank can get cannot process Some bank can, even approved the loan before developer obtain APDL.
what happen if we sign the letter offer and developer still can''t obtain ?

It depend which floor you stay. If u stay higher, the henge wont block much west sun.
