Stamping will take longer time for most of former dbkl land.

Hi, correct me if im wrong, i heard that stamping must be done within a timeframe after the buyer sign on the SNP, is that true?

The waiting game is no fun......my lawyer told me PA is not registered in High Court yet.

For those who concern when the snp will be stamp, I just read through the henge thread, someone got his snp stamped after 5 months signing the snp, then get the hard copy almost 1 year later.

That is henge, this is mizumi. Not same, no?

it means usually new property will take longer time to get the stamping....
we need to wait patiencely.

mizumi signing snp was last month. need to wait until next year maybe.

mean we r not alone .... hahaha

i dont know how long exactly the time stamping need to be take for those super efficient famous developer. The henge developer have a few track records which i believe they are very experience on this kind of matter, since they also took a long time to get it stamp, i not sure about mizumi developer, as we know, this is their 1st project.

Let's just hope that they do a good job on the construction part. :cross finger:

Phase 1 no more selling d, last batch was few weeks ago. now waiting for phase 2 which will be more expensive.
