Developer has forked out millions to change soil and then soil settlement is almost completed. Piling is expected to commence next week.     |

I heard there is a new condominium project launching soon so called kepong residence 2 (name not firm yet) by Asset Kayamas ? total of 329 units 950sf @RM380k onwards. Any idea? just beside rumawip sinar magna

Its common that developer leave one block and raised the price XDjsut my thought, the henge marketing is good, they create the queue effect (queue for unit selection), and that time the henge also selling their last block, so ppl who missed the 1st batch quickly go buy. somemore when the henge launch, there were no other condos around (mizumi, other like enesta, and also the project behind aeon big), so everyone buy buy buy.
