I recall years bck when this project is 1st launch so many ppl said that Empire Residence is cheap fr its size & location fr a landed and Empire group do able to gain some good reputation with the previous launch of the Empire Damansara Perdana with its Studio & Soho bec of the pricing but the subsequent project by Empire group example Empire Subang USJ (NOT Sure the project name but is located in USJ 1 if not mistaken), Empire Residence & Empire City is full of negative news & long delay in handling key

empire group is a good case study for all the developer & end user

for those owner who had brought the units i wish them all the best.....
