The ahape increase of property prices few years ago only happen once in 100yrs or so only.....dun take it as reoccurance event.

Its true that under normal circumstances landed in demanded kocation always have better capital appreciation...but its entry price also higher.

Honeatly if u have 1mio as investment tracehold...i believe you buy 1x1mio landed vs 3x300k condo....the capital appreciation in absolute term may come out the same.

Empire damansara was selling at that price...

I dun believe empire city was at that price...otherwise all owners will flip lioa if ada offer 300k.

EC and Subang Remix ah?

All the reports only concentrating on EC and SEA games ice ring....

Nothing mention about Remix or ER.

570mio might seem to be alot....dun forget also mammotj liabiloty on bamk interest supply chain contractors and etc before even embarking on completing EC.
