grabfood also got their products from these restaurants lah…...biz still the same macam more takeaway less dine in. of course advantage is for individual setup restaurants then those in mall, but 90% of malls restaurants are franchises anywhere.

the only complaint restaurant got is their project margin has been slashed by 20 to 25% commission picked by grab. this is a huge margin foregone n they will have to make it up somewhere

1800psf was for pavilion dh.....nothing to do with EC OR ED.

empire was clever enuf to launch EC prior to the vp of ED otherwise I can guarantee there wont be any repeat customers for them in EC.

Unless you wash black money or obtaining money via illegal source, I don't see why so scare 3 scare 4 when comes to buy property or car using cash.
