Not sure about EC but heard that ED just increase the maintenance. Is more to office rate rather than residential.

from where you hear about that? as i know ED service charge still same as the one stated SPA

Heard frim my fren they increased after AGM. How much is the maintenance now? Or is it the electricity tariff?

The mall may create demand for the staff working within though but but they are just labourers cant really afford high rent.

Even ED, from 1300 now 1100. But then ED already got most amenities ready with shops and basic stuffs covered. EC still dusty and lots construction on going.
