The house is sold at below market price owing to the overall market slowdown, she told EdgeProp.my.

The buyers, on the other hand, is a couple who are currently working in East Malaysia, she added.

possible that the buyer nvr visited the place ka? haha

The management cut the water at the unit that im staying because my owner refuses

to settle the remaining maintenance fees. The thing is im paying the rent and the water

bill every month. This is not fair to me because im the one who staying here not the

owner. Everytime they cut the water need to inform the owner to settle this. Very tiring!

Why not terminate the tenancy and move out, not that other unit not available.

if you don't mind sharing, what attracted you to rent this place?

surely there are lots (and i seriously mean lots) of other equivalent offer nearby or surrounding?

if you intend to move out, am pretty sure you have solid ground as the tenancy agreement would probably have worded that landlord to cover maintenance fee for your uninterrupted enjoyment of your stay. since they violated you can probably move out with zero penalty.

buy your own property then you are in 100% (or almost) control of the situation.

the number one most lansi developer is 4seasons resi. this one commoners cant even smell the fart of their lansiness.

next up is ioi diamond city. but bungalow lots, not really for you and me, in general.

monoland is up next. again, selling million per pop and you don't even get a colourful brochure. and they are the one who will invite you to buy, not the other way around, and they will let you know which unit to take as well. What? you don't like what I offered? NEXT PLEASE.

and after identified yr unit, need to sign spa almost immediately with 10% deposit. I think they might allow you a toilet break.
in some cases, you need to buy a bigger unit to entitle you to buy the crowd favourite smaller unit.

I don't think they are that strict anyone after launching Sky Suites. YET you don't see their ads all around The Edgea n Star Properties.

Less than 0.4% of adults in this country could afford to buy at four seasons residence. Why developer need to waste their resources on 99.6% of people? Believe units still available, if you are interested, can visit level 7.

I believe they are not too worried abt unsold units. they are more worried abt who will be their neigbours.

They still need to consider if they can or want to sell to you.

There are few things that attracted me to rent this place. Firstly, the rental is up to my budget and secondly, Empire city is nearer to my work place.

What you said is true that i can move out with zero penalty but my concern is will the owner return my deposit?

I really need that deposit so atleast i can cover a bit to rent new place.

Went to the mossaz showrroom to look at their soho unit. From what the agent told me, it seems that exsim will really takeover to complete the mall. So I guess should be good news. Btw what u guys think about the mossaz project?

Would mossaz be a good buy? They are offering the mykey hotel services with great projected returns.

Since this is my first house, i'm not sure if this is good or should i buy another cheaper one like subsales

great projected returns?? have you not heard of all the "horror" stories yet..?

If you are unsure you are better off buying from the secondary market - at least you see with your eyes and touch it..!
However do your due diligence - not simply whack
