The management cut the water at the unit that im staying because my owner refuses
to settle the remaining maintenance fees. The thing is im paying the rent and the water bill every month. This is not fair to me because im the one who staying here not the owner. Everytime they cut the water need to inform the owner to settle this. Very tiring! |
