Anyone have the Aeon Big Visa Classic and get the petrol cashback on 10 august? I didn't get the cashback although i spent on the first Sunday in July...

I got it but can't remember what time I did it on 6July. Txn time recorded was 02:07 which is not correct.

just realise when i see missing cashback on aug statement(10aug) coz lazada spending during 07aug....
initially though the cashback are calculated on the statement cycle...

AEON Biker Infinite Visa Card comes with 8x lounge access. Principal Cardholders are entitled to bring one (1) accompanying guest per entry.

A minimum spend of RM500, either in a single or cumulative transaction(s), is required within 30 days before and/or 30 days after the lounge visit date.

Questions:
1. If I visit the lounge with one accompanying guest, how many visits will be deducted from the 8x quota?
2. If I visit the lounge on 15 Oct and 16 Oct, each time with one accompanying guest, how much do I need to spend? Since the spending requirement is RM500 before/after 30 days of the lounge access, do I need to spend RM1000 in total (for 2 visits), or will RM500 suffice as long as it falls within 30 days before/after each access?

Does this mean AEON Supermarket is excluded ?

i only use in Aeon big n aeon supermarket, both got CB.

i belive aeon supermarket fall under aeon retail

Does anyone know the cashback mechanism for this card?
Scenario: Statement cycle is 11 August - 10 September (Statement date 10th of the month).

- Is cashback granted for spending within a statement cycle (e.g. 11 August - 10 September) or calendar month (1 - 31 Aug)?


- Will cashback be paid out on 10 September (or following month i.e. 10 October)?

(a) cashback calculated based on calendar month (1-31 Aug) eligible spending

(b) cash back paid out in next month statement date (10 Sep) for whole month Aug spending, refer to ur scenario

yeah. i got my biker cc approved in the system. now have 2 aeon cc, 1 is aeon big cc

I've just made my first payment for my Aeon CC using M2U Pay Bills but I saw that there's 10 cent Bill Payment Charge in my CC statement.

How to pay for Aeon CC without including this bill payment charge?
