consider lucky lor since Aeon dont have any app for their credit cards.

their other business, Aeon Wallet has its own app, and they willing to link all your cc already.

if dont want install app, then can try visit Aeon Credit branch to make your cc payment.

Received my first AEON BIKERS cash back.... seem to be missing 10 sen from my own calculation

I also received my first cashback, but I’m unsure how to calculate it. Is it based on my last calendar month’s spending, or is it based on the posting date or transaction date? For instance, I have some transaction dates at the end of August and posted the cashback on the 1st of September.

I did a calculation, it is base on trx date. All my spending got the cashback.

Im holding visa aeonbig cc which allow for 3x lounge access. Wanna know whether the amount will be reset based on calendar year which is 1 jan or my cc month?

Also, my card entitle the HKIA lounge rite? As it didnt mention which card is applicable or actually no difference for all aeon card

my previous experience with aeonbig visa gold, u need to spend 2 transactions.

just check my history,
i swipe rm3k on 1 july
2.4k on 5 july
2.5k on 7 july

then i enter lounge on 23 july (depart) and 24 july twice (depart & arrival). finished up the quota for 2025 (i did have other lounge card before and after this trip).

1. Reset on 1 jan
2. aeonbig visa is for MY only

wonder is it possible to receive 2x RM25 cashback for AEON Platinum MasterCard and AEON Platinum Visa? or can only get either one?

Does anyone know if 0% BT 6 months is still on for Aeon CC?

Has anyone managed to get a rebate/cashback for the RM25 service tax for card renewal?

Just tried and they said it was not possible even though it was granted to me last year when I first activated the card. Their reasoning was that the retention team gave that rebate since I was 'going to cancel the card'.

Told them that made no sense at all since I only just signed up and got the card last year lol

I didn't get the online cashback for Sep and Oct using Aeon big gold visa.

Anyone still getting the online cbs?
