call CS, wan to convert watami to aeon classic - reply say only can convert when the CS call us n not calling back

when to aeon service center, they say since i got watami. then i cant convert.

you didnt shoot them back, why never call then?

Strange. I called to cs to convert my Watami to Aeon Gold Visa and was redirected to respective department without issues. Maybe you should try again calling them, with the hope a more experienced cs could assist you.

From the look of it, both transactions will likely to be posted in the new quarter, assuming cashback is still in effect, itw will be capped at max of RM5k, which means only RM150.00 is all you'll get.

I had no issue when I called them to convert. Maybe the person u spoke to has no idea what's happening.

CS ask me don't cancel the watami card as I got apply for new card....

actually aeon classic is the same as aeon watami.
therefore, i suppose it doesnt need to be convert.

problem come when some of my frens don't have the card with free ppl...
can't leave them at outside

then, u may need to apply more cc which give free ppl access/ but, if u travel with too many friends without those cc, then this method seems cannot work.
