It looks like I made a mistake.
The outstanding was reduced. Just that I was too dumb to go and count it.

Yes, it will reduce. I made my payment on due date and it was already reduced the next day. No issue and they have sent me SMS to remind me to make payment.
I think they also tried to call me but I missed the call and I'm in overseas. laugh.gif

Aeon Big credit card 's annual fee will be waived if perform 12 transactions of more in 1 year, so does it means there is no way to call CS to waive already right?

Can still call and try your luck but 12x is so achievable. Pay your bill for RM 1*12 using UOBPayOnline. laugh.gif

I did this by rm0.10 x 12 via uobpayonline for both aeon and aeon big cc tongue.gif

I keep these cards for BT and PPL access only (occasional for Sunday petrol when there is no alternative card)

Do you mean the BT payment consider as transaction?

hmm.gif I don't think so, I was having BT with them and I still need to make x12 transaction for AF auto waiver

I remember seeing the 'counter' (x/12) in the statement every month that counts your number of transaction to-date. You can use that to determine which is eligible as 1 count.

I just looked up my 3 year old statement for New Aeon Gold card, it has a line like this:

Cumulative / Transaction Spend (03/12)

Yup, I can see the counter (x/12) in the statement which is I felt very useful for reference.

However, based on my counts of number, BT is not count under number of transaction

for BT to be excluded from the count, it seems fair. Cause it's not an expense.

Confirmed. Based on my counts, BT instalments are not counted. This makes sense as it isn't a "swipe" or "expense", just a financing facility.
