I've received the auto acknowledgement from aeon that they received my email on my point redemption form.
I sent to both aeon email just in case but in the unbilled transaction not reflected yet.

Should i just called in to inquire?

You can, I usually get them to acknowledge in email.

Nope, no other aeon cards. Don't think they will auto convert since I didn't agreed to it.

I can't wait for the card conversion process, as I have many auto billing under watami, so I apply new aeon big card from branch and submit my point redemption form together...all settled within 2 weeks😁except my zing card. CS told me the zing will expire by July 2016 and cannot link to my new aeon big😡they advise me to apply new zing and they will help to transfer the balance new zing. I asked what if I don't apply new zing..CS said they will refund to my new aeon big. Another CS told me they will send cheque for the remaining CB and points from Watami.. listen 1st lor, dunno will change later or not(actually this whole call take very long time, the CS keep ask me hold and check with his senior). will try to finish my zing balance by Jul..I prefer act rather than wait.. at least I secure most of my points now😁

This whole watami termination is not well managed and not consistently communicated, poor reflection of Aeon Credit!

yeah, if i have auto billing with the card, and if i were not frequent here, plus they still have not called to inform me, then suddenly last minute how to do so much things. sure got someone will get scolded real hard already.

u should call CS ask them to transfer to retention department or watami card conversion team.

but before that u should decide which card u want to convert and prepare those requirement, eg:aeon big member card

maybe i choose to wait until it terminated by itself. then called and complain can't use, suspect chip spoilt, get to know this cc ended, then ask for compensation? lol...
