is the card still useable after May1 ?
what I read from tnc is that card is still useable till expiry date

cs said auto terminate after april.

I use Maybank IBG transfer to pay my Aeon CC yesterday but until now the payment still no appear on Aeon unbilled transaction. My M2U history also show status "Accepted" instead "Successful"

Is it normal to take more than 1 day for Maybank IBG? This is my first time use Maybank, before that i use CIMB no issue, transfer today, receive tomorrow.

tomorrow it should reflect in AEON.

It's AEON that is slower. And the online unbilled you see is a result of nightly batch.

I have transferred too from MBB to Aeon cc yesterday night and checked that payment has gone through today.

all aeon cc af is waivable with 12x transaction if not mistaken.

Seems like every cs tell the different thing. My cs told me it is still valid but all the benefit is remove.

AF only charged from 2nd year but someone posted that even if you didn't make 12 times you can call in and easily waive

1. We will still get May statement regardless whether you have any transactions between 10-30 April or not. So the 3% rebate and CB from points redemption will be reflected there.

2. For those who choose not to convert, the cashback will be credited to your Watami card. Yes, you can still use the card, just zero benefit. So I advice do not terminate it yet.

3. Another option is, like I have shared previously, is to request them to deposit the CB to your bank account. I actually prefer to have it credited directly to my Watami for convenience although I have provided by bank details.

4. For others who are holding other Aeon card, you may TRY to arrange for the CB to be credited to that other Aeon card. However, this is not confirmed yet.

I'm about to call the CS to redeem all my point and asked for cashback.
I doubt I still want to keep the card right now since there is a sharing to pay the card with VOX that still give us about 3% cash back

yes I paid RM1k to PosOnline but only RM998.50 (due to rm1.50 surcharge) to Aeon Credit

what is this Rm1.5 surcharge?

I personally call up to convert my Watami card to Aeon Big card.. Watami cash rebate will be credited directly to the new card.

They only start doing conversion in May.
