what I read from tnc is that card is still useable till expiry date

how about the existing bonus point ?
if i swipe 10K yesterday, the points will only reflected on next statement !

how long does it takes the posonline payment to be clear ?
I tried to made payment using credit card, but it never ask for the SMS secure code, and the status is still hanging in "pending transaction"

it showed "Unsuccessful Transaction" when I click the status. Indeed, I key in the wrong expiry format
no wonder all my previous transaction all also fail , and without warning

so after payment made, how long should one wait before clicking the get status ?

anyone holding AEON gold VISA and also a Gold Mastercard concurrently?
I am currently holding the gold VISA, when I applied for the gold MC, my application was rejected

i applied few other cards at the same time and all approve
but this AEON rejected my application even thought I am existing AEON card holder
need to call them and ask for appeal

i received call from AEON staff once to remind me to pay me cc bill
i actually feel it is good because i almost forgotten to pay them that month

was charged RM25 SST , old card since coupe of years ago
Call to ask any rebate promotion straight away turn down by CS.
CS said no annual fee or sst rebate now.
ANyone manage to get SST RM25 rebate recently ?

new memo since may18 , no more retention
guess i have to whack their 2% discount to compensate

Do note that CS mentioned onCe charged , have to pay even u want to cancel . So better to proceed cancel ahead before the anniversary date

For AF , i know they r clueless. If we have no new activity after the AF charged, we can get away. Personal experience when I terminated HLB card.

SST i am not 100% sure then , its a government tax
