Anyone facing issue with Celcom tonight?

My area encounter quite heavy rain and thunderstorm

Ard 5 to 7pm suddenly totally lost connectivity cannot make call or send sms or connect to Internet at all.

And now facing lost connection intermittently kejap ada kejap tak ada

yup. kinda slow connection now.

maybe all busy checking sarawak election results

Anyone know if Celcom gonna reintroduce prepaid plan with a year validity?
If no I think I might mnp to hotlink fast.

I have a few questions, being an old basic Magic sim user.
I wanted to start subscribing to the data plan, but now I see there's a split between magic packs & internet packs. So here's my question:

1. I assume the details of the magic packs are stated here http://www.xpax.com.my/internet , can anyone give me the details of the old internet packs with burung hantu?
2. It says validity is extended for 1 day per RM1, is this also true from reloads of above RM30? i.e. RM50 topup extends it by 50 days.

Sorry for the noob questions, been using it only for the basic internet so far, got RM170ish in my balance just because I keep extending the validity .

Hi, just wondering. Is the free 75 sms and 75 minute of call still applicable? What was the requirment to get it with the new magic sim? I cant remember and the advertisment at the website seem to indicate that this is gone

now only the old plan have. Fast plan don't have now.. Confirm by many hotlink users.. Good news is u can 'convert' to bagus plan with the help of #Hotlink

no wonder have network issues another thing, why always celcom kena?

i wonder the conversion will have other side effect or not. get 365 but losing something else lol.. .

With such fierce competition, not surprising if it's a sabotage case to add more fire to the congestion.

I can't make any call with my celcom simcard. I'm getting this message every time i make a call:
"conditional call forwarding active"... then call ended. It can receive a phone call though.
I've tried the sim on other phones, but still getting the same message.

what's wrong?
