Celcom.. Dah Tak peduli Orang kecil Macam kita... Nàk Jadi Macam Maxis.... Ýang current subscribers yang Tak Suka... Đi persila kan kếluar... Kan?

Hànya Digi dân Umobile saja yang tengah buat plan sedap sedap...

Telco lain Tak payah cakap... Offer Macam sedekah..

ala when good deal not much praise but when stg bad maki tak habis
from business perspective of cz they try to give some good deal to retain consumer but ourselves also has to choose wisely
or else port here and there also not convenient, with 2 lines in hand mine still boleh tahan

I just came to Celcom XPAX from UMobile Prepaid.

UMobile Prepaid got nice package, but internet quality was bad for me especially in a critical situation, like navigating with Waze, Google Maps, retrieving files from emails or Google Drive.

I just switched to Celcom XPAX few days ago and to me it is a big improvement from UMobile.

Just sharing with you my experience with UMobile.

understand ur point but well is not like u get instant new plan/deal somehow i think they need to think properly what to give too
what do user prefer? mayb can shout out at their page who knows they really will do it lol

Seem hor...Celcom marketing team or whatever all useless ....come up with latest plan but targetted consumer below 25 years old
Even Kelentong prepaid become a joke..

Should sack the whole strategy/marketing Dept nothing to shout about new postpaid plan also which either match other competitior plan

Only i see Umobile with latest P38/P48 postpaid and Digi with their Infinite Unlimited...and of course quietly launch the RM50 10GB (3GB Data and 7GB FB/Instagram) with unlimited free call
Maxis as usual...stuck to their expensive plan.

Thanks for the advice, i also think for many days ady, i got holding 3 line and know all telco's internet staus well, but start from last few weeks i really cannot tahan celcom... and since got unlimited call for just 38, same as now what i pay... i also just "gamble" .. when i take off from celcom, is no way to apply back the celcom38, hm.....

cz last time give privilege and the first series plan alrd so now for prepaid user back la after the owl mati
umob coverage may not ideal altho their plan sibeh real nice cheap deal...
hopefully soon celcom will break out

Yes..Umobile plan sibeh good...almost every month or two..keep launching updating New plan

and NOw...Digi also sibeh "swee"...check out their plan.

One thing about Digi, always got "hidden" New plan..
Only can korek korek by going to their Digi Store.

And if you really want REAL Unlimited without limitation like Webe..
then Try their exclusive online Digi Infinite which can replace Streaymx..Unifi..Maxis or Even Times as long got proper LTE-A router/Mifi/Modem

As for Celcom...i think dah Tak boleh lah..

slowly it's losing customers to others telco.

I think my MCMC report worked. Just got RM25 from Celcom... did not even know I kena until that much. I could only check past 45 days online and it was ~RM9 then, but I guess after MCMC report they check all d details till now.

Hopefully they also banned/blocked all these phantom charges so no more future reoccurances.

Nowadays who people care TM Touch..
Now most of people focus cheap package, and quality cust service.

Their customer service is suck until max, somemore customer careline outsourcing by 3rd party team, and they want to promote premium plan?

Slowly slowly wait la..
But don't worry, celcom got government support, revenue still will increase even through there is no customers.
So this premium plan is only available for SPA government, banking industry and those government industry.

i think Celcom is clearing house...mean getting rid of those average user who contribute very little to their profit margin.
