Celcom aka Sialcom don't give a đamn about customer.
After they outsource their CUSTOMER Service Center... It have been the worst SOP.. Typical answer and I will get back to you syndrome mentality. You think they care about getting the best service to their current crop of customers? They killing their golden egg which they don't even give a đamn about it. Seem they practice.. You take Suka.. You kếluar policy. |
