No more 365 validity unless yours is old plan such as celcom blue prepaid, X2 plan and so on.
Effective from magic SIM plan onwards, 365 validity has been taken down.

Right now Xpax really getting more worse for the new plan.
Currently using Celcom Blue plan (prepaid), wanna change to Xpax24 at least cheaper a bit call and sms rate. Some-more can subscribe credit expiry 1 year.(If I'm not wrong).

Did you guy have experience request to change the previous plan which can subscribe credit expiry 1 year?
Example like #Hotlink Fast unable to subscribe validity365, and I see some people can request Hotlink teams to change the plan to Hotlink Bagus plan.

When I found those celcom legacy or special plan from Google, I found this package is extremely interesting with monthly commitment RM2.

Kinda a bit slow for the ram, if 2GB ram then quite good already..

But what I saw their processor is quad-core (This processor quite fast already), but just the RAM problem.
Unless you use that for normal call and sms..
I think whatapps and facebook messenger might cannot be used. Coz these both apps quite eat the RAM.

This pattern macam previously maxis postpaid only special offer in Sarawak and Sabah only.
Another telco racist with this type of promotions for selected state.

My one is same scenario.
Celcom keep bullshit for the spam SMS keep charging RM1/ daily..

Previously request Celcom to unsubscribe those spam SMS, but telling me unable to do so.. Need to key-in manually by SMS (with again RM0.50/charges from my balance credit)
After half months, again pop-out those spam SMS with charge my balance credit again...

More worst, I check from Celcom Online Customer Service with itemized statement unable to track for the spam SMS charges. But only can track normal outgoing call, sms and data that you purchase.
All are hidden for all spam SMS, unless you are using postpaid.
Right now some of the number switch to other telco, no more in Celcom (Blacklisted)

If you use Hotlink one, you should be able to track through Hotlink E-Statement for ALL outgoing call, sms as well as data.
Their online Statement much more improve already compare Celcom.

If wanna better pricing, then straight away offer to whole Malaysia.
Don't just like only offer for Pantai Timur only.

2) Complain to CFM --- If you still not satisfaction, then next Step 3

3) Complain to MCMC (Called SKMM) -- If you still not satisfaction, then next Step 4

4) Jangan pakai... Immigrate to other country..
