Correct! Stay away from this bullshit Telco. When it was giving me the bill, it also gave me the late bill causing people to misunderstood on what had been used. The condition of porting out is when everything is already settled but this redone never mention or let their customers to know about the usage in the bill.

if other telco, you report skmm, ask for rebate. you will get in next 2-3day. it already 1 month. SKMM just this matter seriously , and now waiting to confirm how much can i get for pas 4 month Bill. i complain since November2018.

What's bugging me is that there's no VoLTE since it's riding on Celcom's network, the network is fine but without VoLTE it gives a feeling that something is missing...

But there's currently no plan that's perfect as RedOne for the price, I know U Mobile has it but I don't wanna return again cuz the line still sucks...

Normally they will say if the network feel not satisfaction, you are free to port out to other service provider.

Redone customer service called me again yesterday about my outstanding bill of RM 24+.

I informed her that I've terminated my line in November & paid RM 10 for termination & another RM 10 for that November month.

So I asked "why are they asking me to pay another RM 24+ since I've terminated my line". They literally couldn't answer my question & was rude AF saying they don't want to call me every time.

And she replied "Ala, RM 24 sahaja, tak kan tak boleh bayar? Saya malas nak call kamu setiap hari." WTF man. I even told them to just deduct from my deposit many time.

This is a very frustrating mobile service provider.

I complaint since Nov18. Email almost everyday with speedtest.
Open SKMM complaint on Dec18. Everyday i attach test speed.
Become CFM case on Jan19 after i not satisfied with their answer.
Got rebate on FeB19.
I just told CFM i cant accept their put Blaming on Celcom 100%
