This redONE service provider extremely lousy one..
Previously, they key in my address with ridiculous with Kuching, Sarawak (places) but behind put Johor.

Kinda made redONE staff seems like they are really poor knowledge of geographic places about the state.

Somemore previously I use the Red plan and wanna to upgrade Amazing plan need charge RM10 processing fee (for the upgrade plan). This RM10 is directly pay to the agent with no proper receipt. Is this legit about this processing fee?

I believe it should be free to upgrade the plan.

Previously at JB agency MNP from digi to redone.
And right now back to hometown at Sarawak redone here.

Unfortunately, the JB agency person in charge has been resign already..
And there is no replacement person to handle those existing customers.
Feel like really suck for this redone after sales-service.

I though only me cannot reach the careline.
It's seems like redONE careline suck everywhere.

If you wanna to use data, then switch to other telco. Their data plan are suck everywhere (even the package is cheap)
If you are gonna to make call n sms only, then you can continue use this redONE.

After sales service, EXTREMELY poor than Celcom customer service even through the Celcom careline is outsourcing one.

This is only applicable fast respond if you are new customers for redONE.
You see again after you use redONE 6 months, and then called the Careline to inquiry your problem, see how they respond to you.

All the local number call to 1800 is free one, except for 1300 number..

I think should be can port in to postpaid, but might need to put deposit amount.
If still cannot port in to postpaid, try to post in prepaid first. After that, from prepaid to postpaid within same telco.

That why I say kasih BATA (Buy and Throw away) this Redone..
Only old people use redONE for normal call and sms by postpaid.

Aarrhh~ still use outdated 2-in-1 sim card?
I though 3-in-1 sim card (which support miniSIM, microSIM and nanoSIM at 1 card) is available for redone.

Perhaps you try to view your FIRST bill statement, see got whether request you to pay deposit amount.
Normally deposit is directly pay to redONE (not agent side)

I saw the "Sign Up" fee is consider deposit (can refundable amount) or Registration Fee (Non-refundable amount)?


Since you already pay Registration Fee RM10, then you check first bill got charge "Stamp Duty" fees (RM 10 one-time charge) or not?

What I see from thread here, some people not need for deposit.. (Especially if you MNP to redone with clear outstanding balance without any blacklist from other telco, it should be waived) OR another scenario you request them to turn off country roaming.

The monthly RM8 is exclude GST... (Government Say Thanks)
