I actually open case on SKMM regarding slow connection on my area using Refone. Redone technical support is suck. Case not resolve also want to close ticket even ask me to port out from their Line. I suffer from November 2018 until now. Already 3years using redone. Just now i know their support is terible

Below are our suggestions for your issue; Get your family members/friends of Celcom user to make complaint directly to Celcom. Find minimum 15 redONE user facing same network issue for redONE to send report to Celcom and attach together screenshot of network display and speedtest (Kindly be informed this process will take some time and no promises from redONE as any decision is based on Celcom). Port out from redONE with RM0 penalty fee due to contract ended.

Stay away from this telco. My skmm case already CFM case untiil now their customer relation not answer when im asking from rebate. I will port out from redone after compensation agree. 4month already..
