Right now you can't do that. U'll need to port out to other telco... then wait a month before porting back in to postpaid. Ur prepaid balance will of course be gone when porting out. The same goes if postpaid users want to switch to prepaid

Ur line will be barred, so u'll need to contact the CS to unbar it & may be increase ur credit limit for a while. So the credit limit is a security feature to protect ur bill from getting too big

I've done mnp 3 times. Let me tell you the process. Since you want to change to redone, then, just go to the redone's authorized agent (look it up from their website). Tell them you want to mnp and just fill out a form. That's it.

After a few minutes and up to 3 days, usually within a few hours only, you'll receive sms to confirm you want to change telco. Once you replied yes/agree to that sms, you sim card will be automatically deactivated (no signal). After that, you can switch to redone's sim card.

No need to do anything.. The internet speed is controlled by telco, not your handphone. After finishing your 5GB LTE quota, your internet will become unusable automatically.. After you reload, the internet will be okay, also automatically..

Redone pray that user will used more than 300MB per day then they will charged user PPU.

hi does anybody has encountered being charged for sim card replacement twice?

i went to the agent to get sim card replacement and paid RM10 for it. however, when the bill comes, redone charged me RM10 again for the sim card replacement. redone argued that i should get a refund from the agent and agent has also argued that bought it from redone so he has to charge me.
