You seem to be very unlucky. Every time I clicked for live chat it only took maybe 10 minutes at the latest and someone connected to me.

Anyway, I don’t expect premium telco service from a budget mvno like redone.

Worse comes to worst, go to redone center. I did this once, there is one in Penang.

haha.. you havent seen the worst.. Once, I have to queue for 1 hour to live chat with AA. biggrin.gif
Anyway, 2 days ago, I also had a chat with redone.. at 9am.. It just 2 people in queue, and I waited around 10 minutes. But the most annoying thing about chatting with them is, sometimes, they took a long time to reply.. I think, the support people probably chat with a few people at the same time. He/she says hello to you, then says hello to customer 2, then hello to customer no 3, then, come back to you and ask your name, then ask name for customer no 2, etc ..... I think laaa... purely my speculation only.. haha

Yes, I might the most unlucky one..
But the most worst is there is no much redone center in Sarawak, only in Kuching. (Correct me if I'm wrong).

You mean they multi-chat at the same time with different persons?

Yuhuu.... I just received SMS from redone for a free upgrade from 10GB to 15GB LTE monthly.. I believe you guys should receive it too..

As far as I understand, redone will only charge rm10 once for a change of plan fee, from amazing 48 to amazing 48+.

I got blocked from redone to port out to digi. Amazing 48 need to pay penalty first or after succesful port out. Redone damn slow. Only got 6mbps, nak stream8ng f1 pun sangkut2.

I also dont have any issues with tag.. except when I register my phone with mcmc (https://www.blockmyphone.my/PCBS/promotional), I cannot receive a tac at all. I email them the problem I was advised to use my old telco provider in the form.
After change to my old telco in the option, then I got my tac no.

Btw, you guys are encouraged to register your phone here..

I called the service centre and they asked me to fill up a requisition form in order to activate the oversea roaming...which is mentioned in their website also...only then i am able to receive the tac

Hello guys. redONE has the same network coverage and strength as Celcom? What's the differences between Prepaid10 and beyond? if I reload rm30 I'll get 300mb everyday for lte even though i don't subscribe to any internet plan?

When I checked my data via *123#, it showed Data:PPU.
It should come with free 1000MB. Why it says PPU?
