In the case of the MT, the battery light will pop up when the car is about to stall, and will go away if you press the clutch pedal a bit more.
As for the CVT, im not too sure about that one. Late clutch action perhaps?

Guys, how many km u get with full tank + city driving?

im owning a iriz mt and i didnt said anything about tin milo at all
but not all SC right? some said few SC like puchong have a good reputation. but i do know sg buloh SC not that good. few time sending my parent preve there, very slow and take things lightly.

btw 1st service at 1000km right? my car this morning show "periodic inspection" notification but my mileage only at 503km currently. should i ignore it?

Unlike my case, SC did not reset my meter after service few days ago. I came back and ask them to reset, they said they have done it and refuse to do it again because it might show 'error' and 'mess up' with my odometer.

Hello everyone, it is my first time posting here :3

I'm a happy owner of Iriz 1.3. A sopan santun driver that goes 80-100km/h (rarely 120km/h) hehe. So far I have no problem at all ☺️

But my only worry is --- I've never wanted my fuel bar to go down quick except when the fuel gauge decided to go haywire 😭 This is the 2nd time. With full tank, I went to Putrajaya back to PJ went to Sri Petaling and back to PJ, then to One City USJ; and the fuel gauge only decreased by 1 bar which is totally a LIE 😹 Thank god the KM-estimate on display is fine so far eventhough suddenly, instead of decreasing yesterday the more i drive the more it increased in number zz but it recovered after a while 😹

It happened before but the fuel gauge fixed itself after a long drive. And when I asked a Proton service centre (couldn't send my car in because no appointment), the person said 'Maybe your fuel tank masuk angin'.

Emm is that a valid reason? 😅 What do i do. After a little drive again today the fuel gauge finally decreased (yay 😹) to 4 bars with KM-estimation of 370km. I wonder if it is alright already 😅

Any insights or advices?

Hi everyone, I'm currently considering Iriz Premium as my first car.

I've read a lot of reviews, but I can't find the exact thing that I need. If I may ask a few:-

1) Let's say you're cruising at 120kmh, does the outside noise, such as tires and wind get inside? If yes, is it tolerable?

2) I've read there is pedal lag, does it affect daily commute like being stuck in traffic jam?

3) Do the engine noise noticeable most of the time? Like when engine warm up?

Using 1.3 CVT.

1. For me, can clearly hear the tyre noise on stock tyres at 90+ kmph. Wind noise not so much.

2. Pedal lag not as bad as I thought. Need to slowly get used to it and you'll be fine in traffic jams.

3. Engine noise not noticeable when warming up. Only when overtaking, yes.

All in all, it's a much nicer car to drive compared to myvi.

1) wind noise not much, tyre noise yes due to stock tyres (uses harder compound rubber to make it longer lasting i believe, therefore a lot of road noise can be heard).

2) CVT? Maybe to some users. As for me, I learned how CVT works and adjusted my driving style accordingly. No lags whatsoever, can accelerate easily, come out from junctions/corners without worries, etc. But CVT JERKING when low speeds like in traffic jams on the other hand....

3) engine noise not really if the car is idle (you will hear more of the exhaust sound instead) But when accelerating and stuffs, yes.

Guys, semi synth oil let us run 5000km? I thought it was 7000? Lol, and I brought in the car at 5400++ km but th sc's sticker said next service at 10000km, that's less than 5000km! Wtf proton...

And I. Think my front passengers power window abit spoilt I think.sometimes it wont work sometimes it will...have to restart the car to get it working again. All these situational things hard to tell sc to get it fixed haiz.

Thats for when starting up the car. My problem is different where when I'm driving the volume can fluctuate randomly.

Just did my 30k KM service.

I notice at my dashboard, Proton set my next service at 50k and 12 years period.... That's too long isn't it? Did they made a mistaken?

Should be 10k km / 6 month interval. Same goes to me. This like a bug.

Wait others to comment. Maybe they experience different.

Just sent my car for the first service at 1K. They couldn't fix the GPS problem and had to send the whole hu to KL.. Now I'm lived with an ugly cave at the centre of the dashboard.
My next service will be at 5K according to that service center.. Is this correct? I thought the second service should be at 10K...

Most girls in my office prefer Iriz without spoiler...
All went for STD instead of Exe...  not that they cannot afford...

they just helped me stick some tape only which made it more worst.. god damn it.. will go back to sc an issu this problem
