Mind sharing how do u apply the update? Tq

Extract the zip and copy contents to a folder named as dload
Switch off phone
Press both volup n voldown plus power button simultaneously. Once you see bootup release only power button. Once you see EMUI logo release both vol buttons
Firmware will be flashed thereafter. You will see 2 reboots

Mine updated from b180 n all data is intact

Uncle Benny, I remember your phone is rooted. By updating using this method, you are losing your root and a manual re-root + restore has to be done all over again right?

Only my China set was rooted and not the Msian set

Yes you will lose root if update using such a method but your data will still be intact

OTA shows no update.

You need to update manually.

Thanks for sharing the good news, hope this update will enhance the battery. Added some new features.

Just updated to B320
a few noticeable changes noted
- different camera UI (same with P9). Pic quality need further testing
- ROG battery saving mode...which is pretty useful while still can use all the apps unlike ultra power saving mode
-Whatsapps icon now appear as the contact pic in round shape instead of just the icon
-others are just minor

ROG mode changes screen reso to 720p

720p on a 6 inch is so stressful to the eyes.. lol

not bad for a huawei phone.

my 3gb version has about 1.6gb free, previously was only less than 1gb

1)why they changed back that 4g icon still there if mobile data off?on b180,if mobile data off,no 4g icon appear..
2)camera ui changed
3)in setting,got 'user' mode..but dont how@can set password for owner?if not,useless..

Hi,

Testing the user mode just now.

Created a Guest user.
Switch to Guest and all call log and installed apps like facebook/whatsapp and others are not accessable
Guest can view album (need to check this out)
Call log is empty and so is the SMS.

Seem to be working as I expected. Now I can let a friend used it by switching to use guest.
