Cradleton prior to launching SA also talk alot about the backlane garden ler...

I would expect something similiar or better to Setia Eco Garden.. If not kena bombard the lady boss ald..

No lah, even on the house models also show very clearly about this backlane garden.. One of the main selling points beside the swan lake.

Glad to hear that... If based on the swan lake, I never doubt about the EM landscape team capability.

I believe this is the problem on EM not reveal the landscape plan, instead keep everything quiet among themselves..

Purchasers only hearsay from so and so, alot of speculations. ...

I have compared the masterplan of Merrydale and Cradleton.

It shows the almost exact features. Some trees along a cycling / jogging path. Even the color scheme also same.

Only difference is the linear garden between 2 corner lots.

In the merrydale promotion video, they have shown how the backlane garden looks like. I would expect the cradleton should be similiar to Merrydale, just the size is smaller.

If they are different, I will take these materials and report to tribunal..

Nope, no brochure about the landscape and back lane garden.

But as I said, I already compared the master plan of the Cradleton and Merrydale. They look alike, so I should expect the same back lane garden between Cradleton and Merrydale.

Both Cradleton and Tenderfield don't have promotional video, we only have video introducing about the township.. Of course focus is on the roundabout, red-carpet bridge and swan lake, so far all achieved.

The only black and white I have now is the Cradleton pamplet, which shows the backlane garden, similiar feature to the Merrydale.

Developer cannot simply put false info in the promotional brochure... governed by the law now...

That is also considered part of the promotional materials. There is law governing developer must ensure that any information or representation in their promotional brochures is as accurate as possible.

I see no different between this advertisement banner if compare to the masterplan brochure.. They are just same as promotional materials.

You got a copy of that? That's also part of the evidence about the backlane garden for Cradleton.

Nonetheless, there can be plan to be revealed, although it may have slight change as the project goes on.

During the Cradleton launched, they only tell us there will be backlane garden and it has been shown in the house models.

They never reveal how the backlane garden is going to be done. Even until today, we also dunno how the park and landscape are going to be done. For Tenderfield precinct, do you have any landscape or backlane plan / artist illustration picture available?

During that time, all the promotional video focus more on the township itself, not on individual precinct such Merrydale, Mellowood as we have now.

Okay, perhaps concrete for you is to have an "illustrative picture" or video.

But for me, it is some important and concrete information, because this is the landscape information EW put in the masterplan for promotional material.

If you are using the same pattern, graphic and color scheme in the promotional material, but real outcome is totally different, then for me it is indeed a "dishonest" case.
